Drumming at the Teaching Lodge

Métis and First Nation Elders gathered in Thunder Bay, Ontario on Septembr 1-2, 2009, on Animiki wadjiw (Mount McKay) as part of a two-day discussion about ways to preserve and protect Mother Earth. The first day's discussion took place in a traditional teaching lodge and culminated in an evening gospel jamboree.
